Centro Storico

Near the Spanish Steps, Annie will show you a part of this famed Roman spot in a way you never imagined. Wandering off to the side streets such as Via del Babuino, Via Margutta & Via Frattina are just a few ways you to experience the true gems of the city.

Campo dei Fiori & behind Piazza Navona

Experience the most beautiful fruit & flower market in Rome. From there we set off to discover this area near the Jewish Ghetto. Annie will lead you thru the labyrinth of narrow alleyways & back streets lined with small and hidden stores where cars aren’t allowed but where the offering is plentiful.

Rione Monti

One of the oldest areas of Rome behind the Colosseum, Rione Monti neighborhood has an intimate feeling and offers an eclectic roster of stores ranging from vintage to boutique to concept stores and one of a kind pieces made by true Roman artisans.

Prati Neighborhood

At the heart of this shopping area is Cola di Rienzo the main drag in this high-end fashionable neighborhood where the city’s television, radio and cinema houses exist. Anyone could locate this main artery of the neighborhood but only an expert like Annie will be able to navigate you through the back streets and alleyways where the shopping potential is fabulous.

Markets

Though markets abound in this bustling city, the one you must experience during your visit is the open air makert of Porta Portese in the Trastevere neighborhood. You’ll benefit from the insider knowledge of bargaining and the right places to explore that Annie has developed over her years of living here. You’ll have to get up early on Sunday morning to see first hand all that this unique shopping adventure has to offer. With an open mind and willingness to expect the unexpected, you’re sure to find a treasure trove of one of a kind goods in Porta Portese. Should you require more specific shopping, or won’t be in the city on a Sunday, Annie will show you the way to the numerous other markets in different parts of town. These tend to be less complete then Porta Portese but offer more specific finds such as furniture, antiques and items dating from the centuries past.
